Jahn Fredrik Sjøvik
Board Advisor

Sjøvik is a visionary and creative
technology advisor with in excess of
15 years of cross-sector, cross industry
experience. He has a solid track record
in building and reshaping organizations,
technology and business models, and is
known for his strong CIO Leadership
within digital transformation.
Sjøvik holds an Executive Master of Science in Technology Management, and is currently holding the position of Executive Partner at Gartner where he provides advisory services to boards and C-level executives.
Nathan Graves
Board Advisor
Graves is a digital music pioneer and
has been an active professional within
the music industry for more than 30
years; having held roles such as Head
of Marketing at Universal New Zealand,
Head of Jazz at Universal Music UK, as
well as A&R at Wise Music Publishing
and Licencing Manager at Vodafone Global.
He founded Innate Music in 2003, and worked with clients such as Dame Shirley Bassey, Marks & Spencer, Decca, Ministry of Sound, BBC Music, EMI Music International, Disney Records, Sony Music Group, Vodafone, Naim Audio, Gilles Peterson, and Ronnie Scotts Jazz Club.

In addition to his current role of Chief Commercial Officer at SoundVault, he is the Chairman of Mahogany Media Group and Non-Executive Director of Mahogany Sessions.
Graves also launched the new platform SyncVault, where creators have access to incredible claim-free music and sound effects.

Eva-Maria Bauch
Board Advisor
Eva is a Senior Executive with 20+ years
of experience in the digital and media
industry with focus on (digital)
transformation, digitalization of business
models, profitable sustainable growth
and implementing innovation. Her broader areas of experience are in content business (B2C), classified media / marketplaces (B2C/B2B) and social networks (B2C). She has a strong track record as a Digital Change Driver and Entrepreneur.
Most recently Eva was CEO and managing director for G+J Digital Products. Digital Products is running the main part of the digital content business of Gruner+Jahr Germany - all in all in charge of the products across all digital platforms of more than 40 established media brands.

At present Eva is active as an Executive Advisor, Member of the German Digital Advisory Board, Certified Expert at Digital Excellence Group and Non-Executive Advisor at Global Music Vault.

the music business across records,
publishing, partnerships and artist
management, Millar's passion focuses
on connecting and empowering
creative communities whilst focussing
on developing commercial
opportunities to sustain an
artist's career at any level.
Whether these be global artists or indigenous creators, he believes that celebrating music and enabling change is what brings meaningful and positive impact to the world.

Millar has held roles such as Director for Killer Music, Music Supervisor for Leland Music Ltd, Head of Commercial and Sync / Brand Partnerships at Coda Agency Ltd.
